However, neither people nor Security systems are foolproof, including in-built encryption systems. Therefore, while we use reasonable efforts to protect your personal information, Blacklisted Investigations cannot guarantee its absolute security and cannot be help liable or accountable for any data breaches that may occur. 

Children’s Data Collection

We do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from anyone under the age of 13, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers. 

What Are My Data Rights?

If you believe your that someone has provided your personal information to us via our website or services you can contact us to have your information removed from our system. While your information will be removed from our database, historical information and cookies will be retained. 

Could My Information be Transferred To Other Countries? 

We are Located in New Zealand. Information collected via our website, through direct interactions with you, or from use of our help services may be transferred from time to time to third parties located outside of New Zealand. When this happens, the service provided from the third party will be generally be an automated service, as our regular service providers are also based in New Zealand.
